Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
If a Phase I ESA finds potential risks, a buyer can investigate whether contamination exists by collecting data and defining the impacts with a Phase II ESA. It allows buyers to better understand and quantify risks associated with environmental contamination before purchasing the property.
