David Hanley, PE has a broad range of environmental experience in practice areas including environmental site assessment and due diligence, environmental remediation, brownfield redevelopment, and vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation. As a consulting engineer, he has been involved with environmental assessment or cleanup of contamination at over 100 sites. These have included industrial, commercial, and residential properties with impacts to groundwater, surface water, soil, sediment, or vapors. Mr. Hanley has experience guiding projects to closure under a variety of federal and state regulatory frameworks. 

Mr. Hanley is an experienced design engineer with recognized expertise in the design and construction of vapor intrusion mitigation systems (VIMS). He has served as the engineer-of-record for the design of VIMS on more than 50 commercial, multifamily, and industrial buildings including new construction and retrofit of existing buildings.

Nicholas Hotzelt, PE is an environmental engineer with a technical focus on designing vapor intrusion mitigation systems; investigation and assessment of soil, groundwater, soil gas, and indoor air; brownfields redevelopment; and soil/groundwater remediation. He has extensive experience leading environmental due diligence (Phase I/Phase II ESAs), field investigations, and remedial actions.
